eyesfront....................When I make a mix, the most important thing for me is to try and tell a story. Create a journey for the listener, bring them up, bring them down, send them somewhere.

I love music that you can instantly connect with. Gives you a feeling, makes you smile, invokes an image or colour in your mind. Takes you to places you’ve never been to. Maybe even back to a particular time and place…Whether it be in a smoke filled back room at Cream back in 94 with Paul Bleasdale at the helm. Being in a rammed Bollywood tent at Bestival or an idyllic boat party in Croatia.

In this mix I’ve used tracks that currently are taking me to places, hopefully they will do the same for you.

So I guess this mix is dedicated to all the people who keep me inspired and addicted to this wonderful evolving scene and its culture that is ours.

Paolo....................On the 1st April i will be running the Reading Half Marathon for Nordoff Robins Music Therapy charity.
Nordoff Robbins helps people from all walks of life overcome physical and mental strife through music.
Running is my favourite way to absorb new music, and the escapism it gives me really helps to sort my head out with the day-to day B.S. we all have to deal with.

I think everyone has had a moment in their life where music has struck a personal chord; inspired them or pulled them through rough times. Ernest....................The Daft punk, Andrew Weatherall & Dave Angel essential mixes from 90s are next level. A lot of the EMs from that time are amazing. They were all so energetic (& fast!), when you get to the end of them you can tell the DJ put a lot into it. You also had no idea what track was coming next! So this mix is in the style of those old EMs; a pacey house mix, which I put a lot of energy into whilst digging through my records for the rarer stuff as well as some classics. I chucked a couple of tracks in from the Dave Angel & Weatherall EM " />

The mix is dedicated to Paolo Riozzi. He actually showed me both the Weatherall & Dave Angel mix. I was woken up by the sound of the Dave Angel mix hammering through my bedroom floor, because he knew i'd wake up and buzz off it. I ran downstairs & was just like what is this it's nuts?!

Niles.....................This mix is dedicated to Rick and Ian. I don't make house mixes anymore but those two gave me the bug again so here it is. 90 minutes of US House and deep techno.

There's a lot of Peacefrog/Relief type stuff on there – proper house.

It's slow, it's chuggy and it's probably best listened to in a dark room with a low roof, full of people who are a bit too far gone, sweaty and topless. That's ideal.

If you have to listen to it in a Toyota Avensis on your way into work that's fine by me though (although you should at least remove your top).”

Marc Clausen....................This mix is for my friends and my brother Ole and my good friend Christian Aindow, who helped me with this. Its meant to be something for an early evening or early morning, its a mix of tunes that i love and have a special memory of at some point. Be it an early morning or a night out with good friends or just dj'ing at home with some mates getting really excited about a good sound or production or the tounge in cheek lyrics. I hope that some of theese tunes will give the same feeling and good memories to others in other friendship circles, like ripples in the water.

The mix is called legoland as tribute to my homeland Denmark and many good times - again growing up and playing with lego (Also because making this mix was abit like building lego,fitting it all together)

Danielle Crazy P......................This podcast is dedicated to LOVE. To love and to be loved is happiness. It heightens our emotions and senses. It unites and is a positive force to be reckoned with.

It wasn’t that easy compiling this selection; there are so many songs which relate to many emotions love inspires, and so you can only honour any emotion at a specific time…therefore my choices are melancholy, poppy, soulful, heartfelt, feminine and with a twist of desire. "Feels like ever since I started making music for a living, I've had less time to actually listen to music. Don't get me wrong, I love to listen to music but my days are spent mostly working on music, and its impossible for me to listen while I write.

For me though, impossible to even do busy work and listen to music. When I hear a song I like, I find myself hypnotized by the sounds, lose attention to everything else, and I get nothing done. When I hear music, I like to dissect each element of the song and try to figure out how each sound was made. I picture the instruments that played them, what color they are and how they are being played. I'll try to imagine what is going through the vocalist's mind while she is singing, and how this amazing piece of music I'm hearing had come about. When I like a song, it will paint a picture in my mind so visible it's actually debilitating to me.

That was fine back when I was working in an office - I could just listen to music and space out all day long. Now that I'm working for myself, I find it more important that I stay focused on my work, which is kind of ironic because music is my job. I need to be careful about what I listen to during the day because if I put on something that's too good I'll get stuck again.

So these days most of the time I spend listening to music is at the airport, and like Simon Baker (read below) I prefer to listen to music that soothes when I travel. This mix was compiled somewhere between Houston and Seattle and some time after the overhead lights went off. I'll dedicate it to my wife."

Simon Baker....................This mix is dedicated to all traveling DJ's who like myself live the Airport Life, and while i LOVE my job, It can sometimes be a lonely world spending days sat on your own in Airports with little or no sleep (1,2,3 Orrr i hear you cry ..... but i escape these 6 hour delays, sweaty queues and screaming kids by putting on my ipod and listening to soothing beautiful music, or at least what is beautiful to my ears anyway. It keeps my head together and keeps me smiling.

So i am sharing with you a selection of music i would typically listen to after a sleepless night in club land.
